Faster ASSyllabus for all sect
You might find this useful for project 1.
grayImage.cs.
You "should" be able to drop it right in on top of your grayImage.cs class. If not, you can just copy out the method your want and add an include and a few members at the top.
It was written by Jeremy Smith who is providing C# support for 312.

Jeremy Smith is brilliant. Way to go! Pulling out the image buffer into managed memory sped things up incredibly.
I've applied Jeremy's technique to the gradient image calculation and have seen 10x speed improvement inside and outside the debugger. I'm emailing Dr. Jones the code so he can post it.
