Homework Syllabus for all sect
1. Problem 9.55. Explain your answer.
2. Question about the Travelling Salesperson Problem (TSP). This question will help you start building your understanding of this problem.
In a TSP solution, how many times does the final route leave a particular city? How many times does the final route enter a given city? Give both an upper and a lower bound.
