Is this homework due today? On the blog it shows HW 19 as the current hw.
If so, where can we find information on reducing the cost matrix? I can't seem to find it...

HW #20 is due Monday, 3/20, as stated on the blog.
Reducing the cost matrix was covered in lecture #27, notes for which are also available on the blog.
