April 13 Syllabus for all sect
Gladys Kenfack will be speaking Thursday at noon at 3710 HBLL as part of the Women in CS Club's lecture series. Even if you aren't a woman in CS, you might find this interesting because Gladys was a former 312 student who's gone on to make it big at Microsoft.
She'll be talking about life at Microsoft, what it takes to get hired there and other things. You can go and ask her if 312 did her any good in that process. I can't make (I have a lunch with Senator Hatch Thursday) so she can even give you an honest answer.
The other thing you should know about Gladys is that she ran a 5k in 25:14 that's a very respectable 8:09 minutes per mile pace.
