<description><![CDATA[<p>I recently upgraded to Mac OS X Tiger, and I pleased to report that I am quite pleased.  Spotlight and the new Mail application bring serious value to the upgrade.  That said, I chose the <i>Archive and install</i> option and directly Tiger to import all of the existing user accounts and Data.  I am most sure how long the process took because I went to eat dinner after I started it.  Once it was complete, however, I still had a lot of work to do to get everything up and running.  For what it is worth,  here is a rough list of what I did.
