Auto C++ to HTML documentation

[Documentation Tools] Robodoc appears to require a great deal of extra annotation. Not real useful for a large existing code base like ours. Doc++ had a bad checksum in the rpm. my fault? oh well. Doxygen seemsto work pretty good. Be sure to set EXTRACT_ALL=YES in the config file. Can we extract even unstructured comments intelligently? Maybe the GUI will be easier to use. Well, maybe not. Its missing a shared library it needs. We'll stick to the text with documentation.
