Basic Blocks

[Basic block] Mike's thought of the day: We don't need Eric's 4 simple rules for deciding to save a state plus Mike's rule for fixing loops. We just need to save the first instruction of every basic block. Done. Think it over and we can work on the proof that this is a simulation of storing every state.
